Description

The white ribbon is 8 inches in length and bears the image of General Robert E. Lee, commanding officer of the Army of Northern Virginia and above him the Confederate States of America’s Battle Flag, “The Stars and Bars.”

The condition is very good and better with some soiling and fraying where the ribbon had been folded then worn thin on the edges over time; not bad thought and most suitable for framing.

Probably given out at one of the many United Confederate Veteran’s reunions that took place after the war was well over and on into the 20th Century.
