Only three by three inches approximately, this small printed handbill was issued through the Department of the Ohio in 1863, by the Chief of Commissary of Subsistence Lt. Col. C. L. Kilburn.

Condition is excellent. First one of these I have seen. Not your Blood and Guts mainstay that everybody wants, but no doubt a very important part in sustaining the troops.
