Applied to the Sixth Corps badge is a panoply of crossed muskets with bayonets, a cartridge box (with a “10” on the plate), and a canteen centered. A banner reads, “6 ARMY CORPS.” The Greek cross has a drum at the center, with “10th MASS VOL.” All this is suspended two chain links from a fancy pin brooch with “T” bar pin.
No soldier Id, on markings, but is made entirely of silver.
Approximately 2 1/8 inches high.
Circa 1870-80.
