Description
1876 Philadelphia International Exposition Bronze Medal In Case. This 3 inch bronze medal is cased in purple velvet, with the outer case being a dark green leather.
These were awarded at the Philadelphia International Expo in 1876. It reads on the reverse, “Awarded By The United States Centennial Commission.”
A fine piece with the slightest wear. The case shows wear on the leather, but the hinge is fine.
