Hallmarked H.R. NEWCOME & CO. / N.Y.C. / STERLING, this 213th Coast Artillery unit insignia if from the WWII era. Redesignated as the 213th Coast Artillery (Anti-Aircraft) as part of the Pennsylvania National Guard. Units served in Italy prior to the regiment broken up in 1943.
Very good condition with a small, shallow chip upper center, a couple of indentations which are in the manufacturing process.
