Printed on very fine paper, that found in the late early 20th Century used by stores to wrap up clothing in boxes.

An interesting flag made by Dennison MFG. Co. Makers, and printed on very fine paper. The paper is quite typical of that used in lining boxes for store purchased goods and clothing of that period.
It has 44 stars celebrating the addition of Wyoming into the Union on July 4, 1890.
The paper has some light staining, and wrinkling of the paper. The color is good, and would be most suitable for framing.
Writing on the back reads, “B CO. ARMORY N.C.A. 1ST Regt. March 13, 96.” Possibly for North Carolina Artillery. The date of 1896 was the year Utah became a state, being 5 years after Wyoming, thus this 44 star piece was put away.
Overall size; 13×18″.
