Description
A superb example of the Brooklyn, New York Mexican Border Service medal presented by Citizens of Brooklyn to the members of the 23rd Infantry, N.G.U.S. in 1916.
The dark bronze medal is not maker marked, but was pinned to a card with name, “Artistic Medal & Badge Co., New York.” The ribbon is half green and white silk and was still wrapped in the original paper.
Box and medal are in fine condition.
