Description
This image has the names of two men that are identified as Chief Clerk, and Commissary Bureaumen. The first, “D.C. Sisson, Chief Clerk Bureauman- Free. dro.” The other is “C.A. Stewart, Commissary Bureauman.” Mick McAfee had these images in the Christian Commission section. The image was in a sleeve along with two covers, one for the U.S. Christian Commission and the other U.S. Sanitary Commission, both addressed to a Mrs. Emma P. Empie, Argusville, New York.
Image is in fine condtion. Revenue Stamp cancelled.
