Made by the “M.C.Lilly and Co. Columbus, Ohio. Both of the staff buttons are on the epaulettes.
Some light toning overall with some darkening to the gilt and some verdigris on the silver bullion, very minor moth tracking in a few areas only, and you have to look for it; overall condition is fine +.
