Laid out in a similar fashion to the U.S. Uniform Regulations, this covers all uniform components for officer and enlisted personnel in the state militia, including horse accoutrements.

Overall condition is good, with wear and soiling to covers; back cover missing. front cover corners torn away and dogeared, some small tears on open edge, cover has hole with soot effecting title page. Interior pages are very good, some staining on last page. Some dogeared pages otherwise a tight usable copy.

Ownership name, “Hale Kingsbury, Albany” autographed on cover.
