This photo album contains 43 photos in and around Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
The album contains images of the fort, horses in corral of Battery “B” 14th Field Artillery, 14th F.A. Band, Army supply wagons, old Model 1862 artillery being used as targets, 6 inch Howitzer, 4.7 inch rifle, French 155m/m Howitzers camouflaged (photo taken during Victory Day Parade), battle formation for aerial maneuver and a few images pertaining to Medicine Park “Southwest Oklahoma’s Pleasure Resort”.
As mentioned, there are over 40 images in the album all relating to Fort Sill and are too many to show in the listing.
The photos all have some light wear and fading. Several photos have a discoloration the them around the border as it appears the adhesive used to mount them has affected the images.
The pages they are mounted to have similar wear and are faded along the borders.
The front and back covers are made of a heavy brown paper with similar wear to both the front and back. There are a few small tears on both covers. The covers and pages are bound together by a single red cord; all pages and covers are intact and well bound.
Photos in the album measure approx. 2.5″ x 4.25″; Album measures approx. 8.75″ x 12.75″.
