ID’d Photo of Circa 1902 Soldier in Co. A 1st Cavalry

He wears the newly issued 1902 cap with the older style 5 button coat.  

The id on the back reads, “Ray A. Phillips, 21 years old.”  

Photographer is marked on the front, Elmer Chickering & Co. Boston.

In very good condition, with light blemishing and scuffing, finger discolorations and wear to the edges and corners.

Measures approximately 8 7/8″ x 6 1/2″.
