Navy Ensign’s Cap & Rank Insignia Lot.  No identification with this lot. Cap badge is hallmarked “VIKING” and 1/20 10 k G F (gold filled). Also the ensign rank bars are the same !/20 20K GF.  The Lieutenant ranks are made by Meyer. This lot is WWII and post usage.
