William Cressman Military Cap Manufactory, Philadelphia Business Card. The DIRECTORY OF AMERICAN MILITARY GOODS DEALERS AND MAKERS by Bazelon & McGuinn, list William Cressman being cited on an list of orders and supplies to be delivered to the U.S. Arsenal (Schuylkill) in August of 1846.  I have not found him having supplied the Army with headgear or accoutrements as the card lists.  Likely this business card was printed pre Civil War days.
