WWI Free-Standing Cut-Out Photograph Of AEF Officer

WWI Free-Standing Cut-Out Photograph Of AEF Officer, standing 6 3/4 in height.  The wood background and base may have  been made from a thin box, with the photo laid down upon it, then cut-cut.  You can image what careful handling was needing in the making and preserving. The officer is un-identified, but wearing his 42nd Division “Rainbow” patch on his tunic.

The wood is 1/8 inches think, and is damaged on the stool legs.

Haven’t seen another like it.
