Description
Scarce Style WWI -Early 20’s “U.S./ N.Y.” Officer’s Collar Brass. Hallmarked, “J.R. GAUNT / LONDON,” & MADE IN / ENGLAND.” It is no commonly seen in this period on insignia to see this latter marking..Made In.. And another departure from the norm is the use of a pin that has more of the safety pin catch, than the usual open “C” catch.
The bronze finish is light in color, showing hardly any wear. The N.Y. are applied and are polished brass.
