1912 Shooting Medal – Annual Shoot 8th Co. C.A.C. Mass National Guard. This gold filled medal hallmarked Bent & Bush Co. was given for the 2nd Prize, Class B. awarded to Private Wm. A. Connelly, with a score of 38, on October 12, 1912.

The pin brooch has a Coast Artillery Insignia mounted, with crossed ’03 Springfield rifles suspended.  The Massachusetts Seal in silver and blue enamel is center on this medal being 3 inches high.

Some wear to gold wash, heavy wear to solid red ribbon, overall in very good condition.
