Description
Original Civil War 9th Corps badge made of stamped brass, with crossed cannon tube and fowled anchor design. The pin and catch was removed in the period and two small holes were made for sewing, mostly likely to the frock or sack coat (sewing being a more secure way of keeping the badge in place rather than pinning it on).
