CDV Of 1st Lieutenant David W. Bartine 24th New Jersey Infantry, photographed by J. Cremer & Co., Philadelphia. Signed, “Yours respectfully / D.W. Bartine.”
Bartine enlisted on Sept. 3, 1862 as a 1st Lt., commissioned into Company “D.” He mustered out on June 29, 1863, having seen combat at Fredericksburg and Chancellorsville.
Very good condition. Clipped corners.
