This revolver serial No. 121,547, is a late war issue, in Fine plus condition. Approximately 65-70 percent of the original blue remaining on the frame and loading lever. The barrel shows most blue having flaked off over time, with ample color remaining beneath on the lower flats. The cylinder blue has thinned with only 20 percent overall blue. Excellent markings, crisp lines to all metal surfaces. The walnut
grips are very fine with Fine plus inspectors’ cartouche. Mechanics are Excellent. A very pleasing Civil War revolver.
