LITTLE POEMS For LITTLE FOLKS.  PHILADELPHIA: Smith And Peck, 1844.  Hardcover brown cloth with gilt illustrated cover and decorated spine, 192 pages, illustrated with over 45 woodcuts.

A miniature book in very good condition with chipping to spine edges, very light foxing to pages overall. Some light wear to cloth on covers, more at corners, some slight water staining on front cover, good traces of gilt page edging remains.

Inscribed on inner flyleaf, “E.S. Brooks, A New Year’s Gift From her Grandmother.”

A sweet little book.
