Civil War Blank Payment Order To 7th OVM Sutler Samuel Hatch

Small blank payment order that would have been used to pay the 7th Ohio Volunteer Infantry sutler for purchases of soldiers which was paid out of company funds.  This method of payment, through company monies, would ensure payment for soldiers indebtedness, taken from their pay, on payday.
