Newburgh Centennial 1783-83 – Washington’s Headquarters.

Cream colored ribbon, with gilt tassels and trim,  featuring the Hasbrouck House which was Washington’s Headquarters at the end of the Revolutionary War in New York. The old house stands on the bluff overlooking the Hudson River. Washington’s Headquarters during the crisis at New Windsor, when his officers wanted to mutiny.

The ribbon was produced by the Hudson River Commandery of the Knights Templar, No. 33.

Approximately 7.5 inches high.

Fine condition and great color.  Great Rev War association piece.
