Description
WWII CBI & 20th Army AF ’41 Field Jacket With ID.
Identified to a “James H. Evans” written on the left lower inside between the 2 button holes.
Serial number ink stamped inside armpit lining.
Both CDI and 20th AAF patches are made of leather. Suede leather used for the blue and red sections on the CBI patch, and blue and yellow suede used on 20th AAF patch with white painted detail work.
CBI is 3 1/4″ high; 20th AAF is 3 1/8″ diameter.
Jacket is a 36R. Wool interior is excellent, cotton jacket is fine, with light wear, some fraying on top of back collar. Zipper functions.
