Photographed by Knecht of Easton, Pennsylvania, this carte shows an albumen photo of a young officer in fancy gilt frame. It may be concluded that the officer in the framed photo was taken after death, to allow the mourning family to sent out copies of this family member and Union officer.
Clipped corners, but overall a very good image.
