CDV – Young Private In Sack Coat – Maryland Backmark.
This private is wearing his sack coat open; has service stripes above the cuffs. A chasseur pattern cap is on the pedestal beside him.
Photographed by Richard Walzl’s, Baltimore. He initials and a date of “64” (can’t make out the rest), is on the revenue stamp. Nicely illustrated backmark.
