CDV – Possibly An Assistant Surgeon in the 7th Corps.
Unfortunately no identification on this young officer who appears to be a surgeon with Medical Staff straps and 1st Lt. rank. (at least that what it appears to be). He is wearing a 7th Corps badge, and perhaps another corps badge or id badge.
