Description
This sling is untouched and retains its original issue length. The snap swivel is marked, “O. B. NORTH & Co., NEW HAVEN, Ct. The bridle leather sling, bears no marking of any kind. The leather has an original untouched surface, with slight crazing, normal wear with scuffing and small areas of flaking (very minor). The buckle is unmarked. The sling is sewn to the buckle without use of rivets. Probably an early war issue sling. Overall condition is fine.
