Pattern 1826 Eagle Shoulder Belt Plate, worn on the cartridge box shoulder belt. No markings, and nearly exact to Plate 460, in O’Donnell & Campbell’s book.
Lead filled with iron loops
Untouched patina, lead showing honest oxidation on the reverse.
Very good condition.
