MVM Original Design of the Distinguished Marksman Badge 1890, This first pattern was issued to only 44 individuals in the MVM until the new design was issued in 1892. Chief Massasoit is used on the front of the badge.
The round badge is 35mm diameter.
Made of Bronze. “T” bar pin with open catch.
Fine condition.
Scarce.
