Early 19th Century Maker Marked Eyeglasses & Tin Case. Maker’s cartouche on the brass frame, “SCHREIBER.” Most glasses from this period are usually not maker marked. The tin case has a hinged lid. No markings.
Case is 5 inches in length, and has a heavy patina. The glasses have some rubbing to the lens. Brass sliders are functioning.
Tin case will clean up some if so desired.
