Albumen Image of Fort Sumter, Showing The Effects of Bombardment. A gallery sized image (4 1/2 x 5 1/2 approx). Printed is the information about the bombardment of both U.S. Army & Naval forces, and that the fort was held by the “Rebels” from April of 1861 to Feb. 1865.  I believe this is when the image was taken in early 1865 to the war’s end.
