Civil War Officer’s Hardee Hat Bullion Eagle Insignia

Civil War Officer’s Hardee Hat Bullion Eagle Insignia. A nicely toned example with bright gilt wire  and  shield area coming through. The gilt sequins are silver toned, The velvet is fine with some light wear on the right center.  the brown polished cotton backing is fine, and both mounting loops are intact.
