1911 Dated Rock Island Arsenal Marked – Artillery Pole Pad

1911 Dated R.I.A. Artillery Pole Pad.  Made at Rock Island Arsenal – Heavy double layered russet leather with four holes for use with screw or nail to place on end of limber pole to protect both horses and soldiers.

4 1/2 approximate height.

Very good condition with period wear.  Stitching all tight.
