Description
1966 Dated New York Governor’s Honor Men Brass Arm Brassard. First one of these I’ve owned and I can’t share much more than what it reads, and looks like. Whether it is shooting related, or military related is still a mystery. This one’s for you to figure out.
3 1/4 inches long, and rounded for placement on the arm, held on by two clutches. An enameled flag of the state is at the center.
No hallmarks.
Fine + condition.
