Hard bound original full calf, one large fold-out map of the state of New Hampshire, embellished several other engravings of famous scenes and buildings, by Abel Bowen.

The large map is hand tinted highlighting county borders.

The hardcover book is bound in leather, which shows shows typical wear for it’s age, showing it was well read. There is scuffing and wear on all edges. The spine has some splits and tears upper and lower areas, and corners. Pages show light soiling and some light staining sporadically throughout, but overall good condition and spine is holding nicely.
