Large format catalog covering army uniforms, and accessories, with order and measuring forms, etc.
This full sized catalog was produced in 1939, by the Associated Military Stores of Chicago. They claimed to be America’s largest Military Outfitters. 31 pages filled with uniforms, headgear, and other uniform accessories. Shoes, and leggings with swords, camp gear, and more. well illustrated with two color figures.
The catalog came with a host of blank forms, for purchasing and fitting information. 4 color flyer, and envelopes, etc.
A letter within the extra material identified the officer/ owner of this catalog, “Capt. Everett H. Runkle, Portland, Oregon, and signed by “S. Springer,” on Assoc. Military Stores letterhead.
All in fine condition, with some light soiling on cover. Great example of uniforms and equipment worn by officers just before American entered WWII.
