Civil War Era Gentleman’s Silver Bladed Fruit Paring Pocket Knife.

This small pocket fruit paring knife has a fancy 2 piece handle that is silver plated, the blade is silver, and engraved with the owner’s initials and date “L.S. 1865.”  The blade measures 2.5 inches.

The blade is not plated, as the handle does magnetize.  No markings.
