High Quality Jointed Iron Spurs With Rowels.
This is a high quality pair of polished iron spurs with spinning rowels, and jointed sides that appear to be made in the late 18th Century and into the next. There are no markings, only a collection code. The buckles are very similar in appearance to 18th C buckle construction. The jointed sides allow for easy mounting and removing from the boot heel. Could have been worn by a military officer or a gentleman. Could be American, English, or perhaps French.
In fine condition with nice untouched patina.
