Nautical Drafting set in shagreen case. Most likely English manufacture, Circa 1820-40, and nearly complere, missing one small tool ? Tools are made of brass, wood, and one in Ebony.
Usually associated with nautical, this set could have been used by architects and cartographers.
Great display piece. Nice quality workmanship.
