Description
Photograph of Robert B.Wade, USMA Class of 1865. Wade was a graduate from West Point, Class of 1865. This original image is newly mounted on new stock; the image was taken by the Brady Studios.
Wade served in the 17th Regiment of Infantry at several army posts, including Fort Galveston, Texas until he was honorably discharged in 1870. He died in 1884, working as a financial agent.
Condition is very good. Included is a photocopy of same image from another class year book that shows Wade’s signature to verify the likeness. Wade entered service from Georgia.
