This is a matching pair of N.S. MEYER, “Shold-R-Form” brand Sterling colonel’s eagle rank insignia.
These came recently from auction, collected by Richard Gimbel (of Gimbel’s Department Store family and himself a WWI pilot).
33mm wing span.
Excellent condition. One eagle has the slightest bit more darker toning.
