Description
WWII M-9 Handheld Signal Flare Projector.
This handheld flare “PROJECTOR- PYROTECHNIC/ HAND M-9” was made by the G.R.B. Co., and so marked US Property. Used primarily by ground and air units. Serial number “93814.”
The flare is 8″ high, parkerized, and engraved checkering for sturdy grip. The flare is held in one hand, and fired by striking the round base with the other.
Overall condition is very good. I don’t believe this are as common as other WWII flare pistols/guns etc.
