CDV – Major General Nathaniel Banks Wearing Slouch Hat.
Standing view of Major General Nathaniel Banks. He was a Massachusetts politician and general during the Civil War, principly known for commanding the Department of the Gulf.
A friend of mine, Henry Deeks found this in a dumpster outside of his estate years ago, and I saw James Stamatelos bring this from beneath his table at the Gettysburg Civil War show in 1989, just as it was announced that the public was admitted.

Fine image quality, but the mount is unevenly trimmed on the sides.
