This .5L (1/2 liter – 16.9 oz) is maker stamped on the rim, and a paratrooper from the 513th Parachute Infantry Regiment decorated a good part of the remaining surface area with 17th/ 513th insignia. All of the engraving was made utilizing an engraving pen, and could well have been made on the Germany economy just after the war.
