Field Artillery / Adjutant Officer’s Collar Gilt Insignia 1902-05 – SOLD

This new insignia is a departure from the earlier and more stubby types of the 02-05 period.  After the 1907 the field artillery will do away with the red enamel and wheel and adopt the more stream-line plain crossed cannon look.

This has sew-on loops for mounting.  42mm wide. Adjutant shield unadorned with enameling.

A nice example in 90 % gilt remaining or better.

Last pattern field artillery insignia using the red enameling and wheel.  1905-1907.
