1874 Pattern Army Officer’s Belt Plate with Silver Wreath, with high relief. A quality plate with solid back. (See American Military Belt Plates, Page 545, plate 920). as this is the same plate, but being solidly cast on with applied eagle, etc.  A plate seen in the late 19th C into the 20th C.
