Post 114 was named for Winfield Scott, and was in Philadelphia. These two came together, and certainly look related.

(The photographer Brownworth operated his studio at 3420 Ridge Avenue in the Falls of Schuylkill neighborhood of Philadelphia primarily during the late 1880s, the 1890s, and into the early 1910s.
