This 10K gold lapel pin is approximately 14mm high and hallmarked on the back with an “S” within a circle along with the 10K mark.  Screw back and thumb nut. A detailed EGA is centered on the shield shaped pin and has a banner below that clearly reads,” United States Marine Corps.”

In excellent condition.

I would guess post WWII -Vietnam era.
