Description
10th Cavalry Chaplain Collar Insignia.
1905 pattern in bronzed finish, and having the 10th Cavalry numerals, and Chaplain’s cross. The 1905 pattern was a thinner type insignia, and used these up toward the WWI era.
This was one of the Black cavalry units in the U.S. Army at this time (“Buffalo Soldiers”).
50mm wide.
Pin back with open catch.
Very good – fine condition.
